Classroom Tutor (CT) or we call it Tutor!
Assist, support, and facilitate student learning experiences by providing active guidance, evaluation, and quality feedback.
Facilitate students' case study discussion after class. 2 sessions a week, 1 hour each
Evaluate and report student's technical skills from case studies and soft skills from tutoring interactions
Provide feedback for student's competency and learning progress through learning management system and tutoring sessions
Deliver following tutoring topics: all Google Workspace apps, finance administration, general affairs, sales administration, and HR administration
Actively contributing to Talenesia's series of educator development training and workshop
Time allocation per week = 4 hours
Possess 2 years of experience in General Administration, General Affairs, Secretary, or Administration Manager/Coordinator
Passionate in people development, especially for the underserved youth coming from low-mid socio-economic status and non-top tier university
An active listener who has strong empathy
Open-minded, creative, and resourceful in assisting students to solve student's learning problem in their career development
Strong belief in human ability to learn (growth mindset) and has a huge appetite for learning
Interested to develop competencies in teaching/facilitating/coaching
