Deskripsi pekerjaan General Accountant (BALI) Pt Embun Natural Selaras
A natural body care company based in Pecatu, Bali is looking for experienced Senior Finance & Accounting Staff.
Office location: Pecatu, Kuta Selatan, Bali
Responsibilities :
- Perform the daily tasks of the general ledger accounting and maintaining accounting journals (e.g., disbursement, expense vouchers, receipts, and account payable);
- Preparing the monthly profit and loss, balance sheet reports and other financial reports as requested by the management;
- Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow;
- Creating and maintaining records of products cogs & operational expenses to maximize profit and ensure high operational efficiency;
- Maintaining records of production in terms of quantity and cost;
- Provide costing and quotation for products sold;
- Create invoice and managing sales order.
- Perform stock opname and inventory distribution.
- Taking care of files/accounting administration including financial reports, and taxation;
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in accounting or related field with 3 years minimum working experience;
- Strong in excel; Have experience in using Accounting software previously
- Good in interpersonal skill and communication;
- Familiarity in working with google drive;
- Fast learner and problem solver;
- Strong analytical skill and go getter.
- Willing to work at Pecatu, Badung
