Deskripsi pekerjaan Garment Quality control PT TERA FASHION INDONESIA
Responsibilities
• Source and assess local garment factories, sample rooms, and production resources.
• Conduct on-site factory assessments covering production capability, MOQ, capacity, lead time, quality, and workmanship.
• Inspect samples, pre-production, in-line production, and finished goods based on approved specifications.
• Check measurements, fit, fabrics, trims, sewing, finishing, pressing, packing, and overall product quality.
• Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions and reinspection with factories.
• Conduct finished goods inspection based on company standards / AQL.
• Prepare inspection reports with photos and supporting evidence.
• Monitor production progress and report quality, material, capacity, and delivery risks.
• Maintain factory records, inspection reports, and supplier scorecards.
• Travel frequently to garment factories and fabric/trim suppliers in Indonesia.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in garment QC, garment production, or factory quality management.
• Strong experience with Indonesian local garment factories and production resources.
• Familiar with women’s apparel, especially dress production, including woven and knit garments.
• Able to understand samples, patterns, size charts, BOM, and workmanship requirements.
• Experienced in pre-production, in-line, and finished goods inspections, including AQL.
• Strong quality judgment and on-site problem-solving skills.
• Able to independently handle inspections, reports, corrective actions, and reinspection.
• Willing to travel frequently to local factories and supplier locations.
• Able to communicate in English for work purposes.
