Gardener

Responsibilities

Maintain gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and landscaped areas to ensure they remain clean, healthy, and visually attractive.

Perform daily gardening activities, including watering, pruning, trimming, mowing, planting, weeding, and fertilizing.

Monitor plant health and identify signs of pests, diseases, or damage, and report any issues to the supervisor.

Maintain the cleanliness of garden areas, including removing fallen leaves, dry branches, weeds, and other debris.

Care for ornamental plants, flowers, shrubs, and other greenery according to their specific maintenance requirements.

Maintain garden tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure they are stored properly after use.

Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other gardening products safely and according to company procedures.

Assist with planting new trees, flowers, and plants, as well as maintaining existing landscaping features.

Ensure outdoor areas, pathways, and garden surroundings are clean, safe, and free from potential hazards.

Monitor irrigation systems and report leaks, blockages, or other maintenance issues.

Coordinate with the Engineering and Housekeeping teams when garden maintenance affects property facilities or guest areas.

Follow company standards for cleanliness, safety, environmental awareness, and property presentation.

Perform other duties related to garden and outdoor area maintenance as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Gardener, Landscape Worker, or in a similar position is preferred.

Basic knowledge of plant care, gardening techniques, landscaping, and irrigation systems.

Ability to operate basic gardening tools and equipment safely.

Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Good attention to detail and an understanding of garden cleanliness and aesthetics.

Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Willingness to learn new gardening techniques and follow instructions from the supervisor.

Ability to identify common plant problems and report maintenance needs.

Honest, reliable, and committed to maintaining the property's appearance.

Willing to work according to the assigned schedule, including weekends or public holidays when required.

Have a good communication skills with a basic speak English.

Willing to be placed in Umalas, Bali.

Can join immediately is a plus.
