Deskripsi pekerjaan Gardener – Daily Worker (Bali) Kamandalu Resort Ubud
Requirments :
- Minimum education: Senior High School
- Previous experience as a Gardener, Landscaper, or in a similar position is preferred.
- Experience in a hotel or resort environment, especially a 4–5 star hotel, is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of plant care, landscaping, watering, pruning, planting, and weeding.
- Able to use gardening tools and equipment properly and safely.
- Basic knowledge of fertilizers and plant treatments is an advantage.
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
- Hardworking, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good grooming, attitude, and communication skills.
- Has a positive attitude and a hospitality mindset.
- Able to maintain the cleanliness, neatness, and beauty of the hotel's garden and landscape areas.
