-Create quality measurements to track improvement in video game products
-Execute quality improvement testing and activities
-Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
-Adhere to industry quality and safety standards
-Ensure products meet player expectations and demand
-Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
-Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
-Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
-A passion for creating or playing games
-Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
-Working knowledge of video game products and services
-In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
-Sharp attention to detail
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-The ability to troubleshoot and identify software problems and describe the issue to others in a clear and concise manner.
-Meticulous and diligent attributes
-Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
-Knowledge and experience with bug tracking systems is a plus
-Knowledge and familiarity with competitive multiplayer games (“e-sports”) is a plus
-Knowledge and familiarity with multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) games is a plus
