The Game Pilot MMORPG will be responsible for managing and maintaining the online game environment, ensuring smooth operations during live events and regular gameplay sessions. Key responsibilities include monitoring player interactions, addressing community concerns, coordinating with development teams, and providing real-time support to enhance user engagement. The ideal candidate will also assist in gathering feedback from players and reporting on game performance metrics to help improve the overall product. We are looking for a male candidate who has completed SMA/SMK education. Candidates should possess strong teamwork skills and have experience or interest in game community operations. Familiarity with game product operations and a passion for MMORPGs are highly valued. While specific technical expertise is not required, a genuine enthusiasm for gaming and a willingness to learn will make you a great fit for this role.
