We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong Mandarin language skills to support translation, administrative coordination, and cross-functional communication. This role offers an opportunity to develop language expertise, gain exposure to various business functions, and contribute to smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Mandarin translation and interpretation for business documents, meetings, and external communications.
- Support administrative coordination and communication across departments.
- Prepare, review, verify, and maintain bilingual business documents and controlled records.
- Document work processes and best practices to ensure operational consistency.
- Participate in job rotation programs to gain cross-functional experience.
- Conduct Chinese language training to improve employees’ Mandarin communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mandarin Language, Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin, with strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
- Able to prepare and maintain accurate bilingual business documents and reports.
- Strong communication, administrative, organizational, and translation skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- HSK Level 4 or above is preferred.
