We are assisting our client from CCFG Group in hiring a GA Mandarin Speaker for placement in projects. This role will support General Affairs operations and ensure smooth office administration based on project needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily General Affairs operational activities
- Manage office facilities, company assets, and maintenance
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and other company needs
- Liaise with vendors, building management, and external parties
- Support travel arrangements, accommodation, and company event coordination
- Ensure office administration and office operations run efficiently
- Assist in communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs / Administration
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiar with office administration, asset management, and facility handling
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- Willing to be placed based on future project assignments
Placement
- The initial placement will be based in PIK, North Jakarta. Future placement may be assigned to other project locations, subject to project requirements and business needs
