Job Description:
- Translate company vision, mission, and strategy into structured and measurable General Affairs (GA) work plans
- Develop, implement, and cascade KPI based on scorecard to operational team level
- Manage GA budget (CAPEX & OPEX), including facility maintenance, procurement, and cost efficiency initiatives
- Plan and ensure the implementation of facility maintenance programs (preventive & corrective) to support smooth operations
- Oversee procurement processes (goods & services), including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation
- Lead and supervise daily GA operations, including facility management, inventory, and general services
- Ensure all GA activities comply with internal policies, SOP, and relevant regulations (HSE, safety, and environment)
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs, including training, emergency procedures, and risk management
- Optimize resource utilization and inventory management to support operational efficiency
- Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and provide continuous improvement recommendations
- Develop team capability through training, coaching, and career development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Minimum 7 years of experience in General Affairs or related field, with at least 3 years in managerial level
- Strong understanding of asset management, vendor management, licensing/permitting, time management, and risk management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Willing to be assigned to and support operations across multiple locations
