- 3–5 years of experience in furniture production management, workshop management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Basis-Mebelshchik and furniture technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machinery, preferably WDmax Drill Tech.
- Strong understanding of furniture production, MDF, plywood, veneer, and hardware.
- Proven ability to lead and manage production teams.
- Based in Indonesia, preferably Bali, and available to start promptly.
- Fluent in Russian and basic English; Indonesian is a strong advantage.
- Having an established team of craftsmen/operators in Indonesia is a plus.
