Responsibilities:
- Oversee DPLK fund operations, including contributions, withdrawals, investments, and switching transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of fund transactions with custodians and asset managers.
- Lead and develop the Client Services & Operations team to achieve service level standards.
- Manage capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure SLA achievement.
- Ensure compliance with tax benefit guidelines, AML requirements, and pension fund regulations.
- Identify operational risks and implement appropriate controls and mitigation measures.
- Prepare regular operational and client service performance reports.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Corporate Solutions, Investments, Finance, Compliance, and IT.
- Coordinate with custodians, asset managers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless fund operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a relevant field.
- Experienced in fund services, pension fund/DPLK operations, investment operations, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of fund transactions, reconciliation, and investment operations.
- Familiar with pension fund regulations, AML requirements, and tax-related guidelines.
- Strong leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and able to work with internal and external stakeholders.
