Fund Receipt, Payment & Accounting
- Carry out daily cash and bank deposit receipt and payment activities in accordance with company policies and requirements.
- Complete daily cash count to ensure daily settlement; regularly reconcile with bank statements, promptly identify and clear outstanding items to ensure consistency between books and actual funds.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and various allowances.
Bank Account Management
- Manage all corporate bank accounts, handle account opening, closing, and change procedures, and properly keep bank certificates, cards, bills, and other important items.
- Liaise with banks for daily business matters, handle bank settlement transactions including check issuance, telegraphic transfers, etc.
Fund Planning & Analysis
- Participate in preparing monthly and annual fund budgets, track budget execution, regularly analyze fund utilization efficiency, and produce fund analysis reports to support management decision-making.
- Prepare fund raising plans, assist in monitoring the use of raised funds, and cooperate in corporate financing activities.
Cross-departmental Collaboration & Compliance Management
- Support accountants in monthly tax filing, financial statement preparation, and provide fund-related data support.
- Strictly comply with local Indonesian financial regulations and corporate financial policies to ensure compliant fund operations and mitigate financial risks.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Cost Management, or related fields. Indonesian Certified Public Accountant (Akuntan Publik) certification is preferred.
- Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in fund/cash management. Familiar with Indonesian local accounting standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Professional Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian local accounting standards and tax regulations, familiarity with fund operation processes in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and office software (e.g., advanced Excel functions), with data processing and analytical skills.
- Language Ability: Good reading and writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia. Proficiency in English or Chinese for daily communication and professional document reading is preferred.
- Professionalism:
- Strong professional ethics, meticulous, detail-oriented, and high sense of responsibility. Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong learning ability and adaptability, capable of keeping up with industry and regulatory changes.
