• Candidate possess at least a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering / Finance / Accounting / Management / Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum IPK >= 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
• Having a good Interpersonal , communication, presentation skill, teamwork and learning capability
• Strong self – high motivation, team work, learning capability & time management skill
• Required Skill(s): analytical skill and knowledge of business process
• Fluent English (speaking and writing)
• At least 3 years experiences as Functional Consultant for Payroll Module or Oracle Cloud/Fusion for Talent Management area Implementation

• Identify and Gather user Business Requirement
• Mapping requirements to product module related
• Provide design solutions
• Configure and Setting up the Application System to support proposed model
• Running System integration testing dan User Acceptance Test
• Develop project documentation
• Report activity to Project Manager
