The role of Technology Consultant and Functional Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM involves working closely with clients to analyze their business processes and requirements, then designing and implementing tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Key responsibilities include conducting business analysis, configuring and customizing CRM systems, creating detailed software documentation, and providing ongoing support and training to users. The successful candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions with other business applications, while maintaining clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor's Degree and have between 1 and 3 years of relevant experience. Strong skills in Business Analysis, SQL, Communication, CRM systems, and Software Documentation are essential.
