# Role-Specific Requirements — Full-Stack Web & Mobile Developer
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Developer, Full-Stack Developer, Web Developer, Mobile Developer, or in a similar role. Candidates with more than 3 years of experience will be prioritized.
* Proficient in relevant technologies such as Java Spring Boot, Golang, Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt, React Native, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar technologies.
* Experienced in developing responsive web applications and cross-platform mobile applications.
* Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, logging, and system integrations.
* Able to interpret requirements, user stories, functional specifications, API contracts, and UI/UX designs.
* Able to produce clean, reusable, maintainable, and secure code following development standards.
* Experienced with Git, branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, CI/CD, and issue-tracking tools such as Jira.
* Knowledge of unit testing, debugging, application security, and performance optimization is an advantage.
* Experience developing HRIS, HCMS, ERP, SaaS, banking, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
* Understanding of HR business processes, approval workflows, compliance requirements, and audit trails is an advantage.
