Fullstack Programmer (.NET)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain fullstack web applications using .NET (C#/ASP.NET) or or have handled projects with Laravel for at least 3 years
• Design and implement APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Perform application performance optimization and debugging.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, QA, and Project Management teams to ensure product quality.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of the developed code.
• Document development processes according to company standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field;

2. Must be willing to work on-site in Surabaya (WFO, not remote);

3. Minimum 3 years of experience as a .NET Programmer or in a similar role;

4. Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework (including .NET Core);

5. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles;

6. Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases;

7. Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, and CI/CD pipelines;

8. Knowledge of web application development (e.g., ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) and/or desktop applications (e.g., WPF, Windows Forms);

9. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;

10. Strong communication skills, responsiveness, and a collaborative team spirit;

11. Ability to balance professionalism with a fun, engaging work environment;

12. Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React is a plus.
