We're on a mission to revolutionize online education in Indonesia, creating engaging and effective learning experiences for students of all ages.

Job Overview:

As our Fullstack Web Developer, you'll wear many hats and play a crucial role in building and maintaining the technological backbone of our online learning platform. You'll be involved in all stages of development, from designing and coding user interfaces to building robust backend systems and APIs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Fullstack Web Programmer with a focus on developing medium to large-scale web applications.
  • Technical Skills:

- Required: Laravel, ReactJS, Node.js, Tailwind CSS, jQuery, SPA, WebSocket.

- Nice to have: Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Understanding of microservices architecture. Experience with tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

  • Other Skills:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Understanding of UI/UX principles.

- Strong interest in education and technology.

Requirement:

  • Portfolio: Have a relevant project portfolio, both personal and professional, demonstrating the ability to use the mentioned technologies.
  • Problem-solving: Able to analyze problems systematically and find innovative solutions.
  • Adaptability: Open to new technologies and changes.
  • Communication: Able to communicate effectively both technically and non-technically.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Feature Development:

- Design, build, and implement new features on our LMS and community platform, such as interactive online courses, discussion forums, grading systems, and collaboration tools.

- Ensure that developed features align with user needs, are scalable, and maintainable.

2. System Maintenance:

- Perform routine system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and data security.

- Quickly and efficiently identify and resolve bugs or issues.

3. Performance Optimization:

- Optimize code and databases to improve application speed and responsiveness, especially in data-intensive areas such as real-time updates.

4. System Integration:

- Implement integrations with third-party systems such as payments, data analytics, and cloud services.

5. Documentation:

- Create comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate team collaboration and system maintenance in the future.

6. Curriculum Development:

- Create a comprehensive syllabus that covers all essential aspects of product management.

- Ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards and best practices.

Tailor the syllabus to the specific needs and learning styles of the mentee.

7. Mentorship and Guidance:

- Provide regular mentorship and guidance throughout the program.

- Offer support and advice on challenges and obstacles the mentee may face.

- Encourage the mentee to think critically and problem-solve independently.
