Position Summary
Software engineering takes the central role in building Yourpay’s financial products. You will be responsible for designing, building, improving, or maintaining our web applications, third-party data integration, data API, backend systems, or working with monitoring tools and infrastructure. You may work on our search engine including scoring and relevance, business process engine, data applications, devops-related applications, and other new projects.
Focus Tech Stack:
Golang, Next.JS / React.JS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Jenkins, GitHub.
Domain Focus:
Fintech, Core Banking Integration, Financial Ledgers, and High-Availability (HA) Systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to design, build, and launch secure and scalable full-stack features for our banking and financial platforms
- Contribution on architectural and design decisions, ensuring backend systems are optimized for high concurrency and secure transactional throughput
- Use best practices and design patterns to write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code for both frontend and backend
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack or Backend-leaning developer handling production-level systems
- Strong backend proficiency, including deep knowledge of concurrent programming, API development, and system design [Tech Stack: Golang, Go Modules, standard library]
- Proven knowledge of modern frontend frameworks, state management, and Server-Side Rendering (SSR) [Tech Stack: React.JS / Next.JS, Equivalents: Vue.js, Nuxt.js]
- Deep hands-on experience with relational databases (query optimization, ACID compliance) and in-memory caching for distributed systems. [Tech Stack: PostgreSQL, Redis; Equivalent MySQL, stc]
- Experience with code versioning tools and CI/CD automation pipelines. [Tech Stack: GitHub, Jenkins; Equivalents: GitLab, Bitbucket]
- Bonus+: Previous experience in Fintech, Core Banking integrations, or financial ledger systems
