Fullstack Engineer – Senior

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a strategic project in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable web applications while contributing to the enhancement of a Procurement Platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-performance solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop robust, secure, and scalable server-side components following software engineering best practices.
Design, develop, and optimize the technology ecosystem of the Procurement Platform.
Translate business workflows and UX/UI designs into efficient, high-performance APIs.
Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using modern frameworks.
Perform frontend testing and validation to ensure applications meet quality and compliance standards.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while continuously improving system performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in software development.
Strong expertise in both backend development and modern frontend frameworks.
Hands-on experience with:
React
Next.js
GraphQL
Tailwind CSS
Proven experience in application development, software testing, validation, programming, and technical documentation.
Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
