Role Description
We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer with a strong backend foundation to join our engineering team. We want someone who takes genuine interest in the systems they build, asks questions beyond the immediate task, and takes pride in delivering work that holds up over time. You will be responsible for building and maintaining reliable, scalable systems, integrating third-party services, and contributing to a development environment where AI tooling is deeply embedded in our engineering processes.
Qualifications
requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in fullstack or backend-focused software development
- Proficiency in using AI coding assistants as part of an efficient development workflow
- Hands-on experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, and familiarity with analytical data stores such as ClickHouse
- Experience working with event streaming platforms, particularly Apache Kafka
- Familiarity with containerized development and deployment using Docker
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, preferably on Alibaba Cloud or equivalent major cloud providers
- Demonstrated experience integrating external APIs or, preferably, hands-on experience with RPA platforms
- Working knowledge of LLM APIs and experience contributing to AI-powered features
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team

- Prior experience in RPA development or delivery of end-to-end automation projects
- Exposure to workflow automation platforms or low-code/no-code tooling
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI workflow design
- Experience operating services on Alibaba Cloud
