Deskripsi pekerjaan Fullstack Developer PT Horus Technology

Kami mencari Fullstack Software Engineer (Freelance) level mid–senior yang mampu membangun sistem kompleks end-to-end (dari nol hingga production). Fokus utama peran ini adalah pengembangan business-critical system ERP serta integrasi AI-driven features dalam arsitektur yang scalable, secure, dan high-performance.

Peran ini bukan sekadar implementasi fitur tetapi untuk engineer yang mampu:

- berpikir dalam system design

- memahami business logic kompleks

- mengambil keputusan teknis secara mandiri

Tanggung Jawab Utama

- Mendesain dan membangun sistem end-to-end (frontend, backend, database, deployment)

- Memiliki ownership tinggi terhadap output yang di kerjakan

- Mengembangkan sistem ERP / workflow-heavy application (multi-module, transactional)

- Menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis kompleks menjadi arsitektur teknis yang robust

- Mendesain dan mengelola RESTful API & service integration

- Mengintegrasikan atau membangun fitur berbasis AI (LLM, automation, intelligent processing)

- Menjamin scalability, performance, dan reliability sistem

- Menerapkan secure coding sesuai standar seperti OWASP

- Melakukan code review, debugging, dan performance tuning

- Berkontribusi aktif dalam arsitektur & technical decision-making

- Mengelola workflow berbasis Git dan CI/CD pipeline

- Deliver sistem secara end-to-end dengan supervisi minimal

Kualifikasi Wajib

- Memiliki ownership & accountability tinggi

- Pengalaman profesional 3–5+ tahun sebagai Fullstack Engineer / Software Developer

- Terbukti pernah membangun production-grade system end-to-end

- Pengalaman dengan business logic kompleks (ERP / workflow system)

- Penguasaan kuat pada frontend & backend development

- Pengalaman membangun production-grade system

- Pemahaman mendalam tentang:

- RESTful API design & implementation

- Software architecture (MVC, Clean Architecture, Microservices)

- Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC)

- Git-based version control & CI/CD

- Mampu menulis kode yang clean, scalable, dan testable

- Strong problem-solving & analytical thinking

- Komunikatif dan efektif dalam tim remote/distributed

Tech Stack (Indicative)

(tidak semua wajib, tapi harus familiar dengan ekosistem modern)

Frontend : React / Next.js / Vue

Backend : Node.js (NestJS / Express) / Golang / Java (Spring Boot)

Database : PostgreSQL / MySQL

Infrastructure (Nice to Have) :

- Docker, Kubernetes

- Cloud (GCP)

Nilai Tambah (Highly Preferred)

- Pengalaman membangun ERP / SaaS / enterprise system

- Pengalaman integrasi atau pengembangan AI features (LLM, automation, data-driven system)

- Familiar dengan performance optimization & scalability strategy

- Pengalaman dengan observability (logging, monitoring, tracing)

- Pernah mengambil keputusan arsitektur secara mandiri

Cara Kerja

- Sistem kerja berbasis task / sprint (Agile)

- Deliverable: feature & system module (end-to-end)

- Remote-friendly (async + sync communication)

- Evaluasi berbasis output, kualitas, dan ownership
