Fullstack Developer

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
2. Strong proficiency in Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) or Golang (Gin Framework or similar) (must-have).
3. Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS or Next.js.
4. Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
5. Hands-on experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL.
6. Familiarity with Git version control (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
7. Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
8. Understanding of Microservices Architecture, Docker, and CI/CD is a plus.
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
   

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend services using Python or Golang.
2. Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using ReactJS or Next.js.
3. Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
5. Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and application performance optimization.
6. Manage source code using Git and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation.
