Requirements:
- Experience : 5 years of experience in software development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. (Relevant professional experience is a plus)
- Strong experience in Mobile Application Development: Flutter (required) using Provider or BLoC, React Native (Redux, React Hooks), Android Native (Java/Kotlin) is a plus, dan Swift/SwiftUl is a plus
- Experience in Web and Backend Development (Fullstack): Frontend (Next.js/React.js, TypeScript), Backend (Express.js/Node.js, Laravel), Database (PostgreSQL), and Go (Golang) is a plus
- Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows (pull requests, branching strategies)
- Solid understanding of: RESTful APls, Authentication & Authorization, State management (mobile & web), Basic security practices, and Software architecture principles
- Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- This role is prioritized for candidates with strong mobile application development expertise.
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain mobile, web, and backend applications for project and product needs.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Ul/UX designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Define technical specifications and create basic prototypes (API contracts, application flows, data structures).
- Transform software designs and specifications into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Integrate systems across: Mobile apps (Flutter / React Native), Web apps (Next.js, React.js), Backend services (Express.js, Laravel, Go), and Databases (PostgreSQL)
- Perform debugging, testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.
