Fullstack Developer – Banking

Job Description

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join a banking project, responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications and digital banking solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Java & Spring Boot.

Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js / Next.js.

Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.

Design, implement, and optimize application features based on business and technical requirements.

Work with databases, API integration, authentication, and transaction-related services.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Participate in code reviews and ensure clean, maintainable, and secure code.

Support deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.

Ensure solutions comply with banking security, reliability, and performance standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.

Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend development.

Strong experience with React.js and/or Next.js for frontend development.

Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.

Familiar with Git and software development best practices.

Experience with microservices, API integration, and application security is a plus.

Banking, financial services, payment, or fintech experience is highly preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Willing to work WFO in Jakarta.
