About Hops & Squeaks
Hops & Squeaks is a premium early childhood enrichment center for children aged 6 months to 6 years. We believe children learn best through play, exploration, creativity, and meaningful experiences. Our programs combine sensory play, art, movement, music, and early learning in a warm, nurturing environment.

What You'll Do
- Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Facilitate sensory play, art, movement, music, and early learning activities.
- Create a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Observe and support each child's developmental progress.
- Build positive relationships with children and parents.
- Prepare and organize classroom materials before each session.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in special events, workshops, and school programs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to continuously improve the learning experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Education, English, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience teaching children aged 6 monthsβ6 years is a plus.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Willing to work onsite at PIK 2.

About Hops & Squeaks
Hops & Squeaks is a premium early childhood enrichment center dedicated to providing meaningful learning experiences for children aged 6 months to 6 years. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate educational leader to maintain our teaching excellence and support the development of our team.
Your Role
You will lead the academic quality of our programs while coaching and supporting our teaching team. You will ensure every child and family experiences the warm, high-quality learning environment that defines Hops & Squeaks.
Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
Lead curriculum planning and implementation.
Ensure lesson quality across all programs.
Monitor children's developmental progress.
Develop engaging monthly themes and learning experiences.
Teacher Leadership
Mentor, coach, and evaluate teachers.
Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback.
Support teacher training and professional development.
Manage teaching schedules and classroom assignments.
Parent Experience
Build strong relationships with parents.
Handle parent concerns professionally.
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
Operations
Ensure classrooms are fully prepared each day.
Oversee classroom standards, safety, and learning materials.
Coordinate school events and enrichment programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in early childhood education.
Minimum 1β2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong understanding of play-based and child-centered learning.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Passionate about mentoring teachers and building a positive school culture.
