Deskripsi pekerjaan Full Time Host PT Putra Muda Agitama ( Janjian Group )
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a host or in a similar customer-facing role
- honest,reliable, friendly and professional demeanor
- detail-oriented and organized
- capable of working both in a team and independently
- skilled in managing guest inquiries, reservations, and handling a difficult situations.
- willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- adheres to cleanliness and dafety standards in the front-of-house area
Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating guests with a proffesional attitude
- managing reservations and waitlists efficiently.
- assisting with training and mentoring new host.
- coordinating with the service staff to ensure smooth guest flow
