We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Head Teacher with English teaching experience to join our team.
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in English Education or a related field.
* At least 1 year of experience teaching English.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Capable of managing academic and administrative documentation.
* Organized, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage teachers’ performance and daily activities.
* Provide guidance, support, and evaluations for teaching staff.
* Teach English classes according to the assigned schedule.
* Prepare, organize, and maintain academic and administrative documents.
* Assist in curriculum development, lesson planning, and educational programs.
* Ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning processes.
* Coordinate with management regarding academic and operational matters.
