Prepare coffee, beverages, and food according to company standards.
Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and equipment.
Monitor ingredient inventory and report stock shortages promptly.
Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth store operations, especially during busy hours.
Follow company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Support other operational tasks assigned by the Store Supervisor.
Job Requirements
Passion for coffee and customer service.
Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry is preferred.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Willing to learn and continuously improve.
