Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Sales Education Staff member for our center in Tangerang. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our educational programmes to potential students. Your job responsibilities include answering inquiries, booking appointments, guiding students through their enrolment process, and maintaining relationships with students and agents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in sales, customer service, or education with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced environment of an education center
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in the English language education industry is a plus
