Full Stack Odoo Developer

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing food and beverage company in Indonesia, for the position of Senior Fullstack Odoo Developer.

As a Senior Fullstack Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, and optimizing Odoo ERP solutions to support business operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, deliver effective solutions, and ensure smooth system performance.

This role requires strong technical expertise in Odoo development, full-stack programming, and the ability to translate business processes into scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Odoo Development & Customization

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
• Perform Odoo backend and frontend development, including module creation and enhancement.
• Design and implement workflows, automation, reports, and system improvements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.
• Conduct system testing and ensure solutions meet business needs.

System Integration & Optimization

• Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and other business applications.
• Optimize system performance, database efficiency, and application scalability.
• Support Odoo upgrades, migrations, and deployment processes.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and data accuracy.

Collaboration & Technical Support

• Work closely with business users, project managers, and other technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices related to Odoo implementation.
• Assist users with troubleshooting and system-related issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Odoo development.
• Strong experience with Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven experience developing and customizing Odoo modules.
• Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, ORM, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience with Odoo version implementation and migration is preferred.
• Familiarity with API integration and third-party system integration.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be based in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan.
