Deskripsi pekerjaan Full-Stack Game Engineer (Serious Games / Decision Systems) AION GROUP INTERNATIONAL
We are looking for a full ownership developer who can build the entire game system – from logic to UI to mobile/web export.
This is a builder role, not a creative design role.
You receive the system blueprint → you implement the complete game.
Your Responsibilities
🔧 1. Full System Implementation
• Build the entire decision-based learning engine from scratch
• Implement the Core Loop:
Situation → Choices → Consequences → Competency Shift
• Setup a structured state machine
• Build a modular, data-driven scenario system (JSON-based)
• Implement a competency scoring model (5–7 skill axes)
🎨 2. UI / UX Implementation (Simple + Mobile-First)
• Build clean, touch-friendly screens
• Use icons & simple layouts (low literacy design)
• Integrate visual feedback: bars, icons, color signals
• Ensure scalability for multiple skins/themes (Pirates, Factory, Logistics, Hospitality etc.)
📱 3. Cross-Platform Delivery
• Build for Android
• Build for Web
• Prepare the architecture so our Mobile Developer can later wrap it into a full app (login, analytics, localization, etc.)
🧪 4. Scenario Integration
• Load JSON scenarios dynamically
• Connect decisions to consequences
• Implement all gameplay rules clearly & modularly
📘 5. Documentation & Handover
• Clean code structure
• Clear folder architecture
• Short documentation for our mobile app team
Required Skills (Must-Have)
Technical
• Strong experience in Godot, Unity, Flutter, or Web (React/Typescript + Canvas)
• Ability to build a complete game system alone
• State Machines / Game Logic
• JSON parsing & data-driven architecture
• Mobile-friendly UI components
• Clean code & engineering discipline
