Full-Stack Digital Marketer — SEO, AEO/GEO & Paid Acquisition

We are building the Southeast Asia growth engine for an AI-powered EdTech platform, backed by a German education company with more than 30 years of experience in shaping the future of learning.

As we expand across the region, we are looking for a Full-Stack Digital Marketer who can own growth across paid acquisition, SEO, and emerging AI search channels.

This is an opportunity to join early, take ownership, and make a measurable impact from day one.

What You'll Do:

Paid Acquisition

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:

Meta Ads

Google Ads

LinkedIn Ads

TikTok Ads

Other relevant paid channels

• Manage budgets and improve performance continuously
• Track lead generation, CAC, ROAS, and conversion performance

SEO

• Conduct technical SEO audits
• Develop and execute content strategies
• Improve organic search visibility and rankings
• Drive sustainable long-term traffic growth

AEO / GEO (AI Search Optimization)

• Increase visibility within:

ChatGPT

Google AI Overviews

Perplexity

Other generative search experiences

• Create structured, evidence-backed content that improves brand discoverability in AI-powered search environments
• Monitor and evaluate brand presence across AI search platforms

Analytics & Optimization

• Build performance dashboards and reports
• Analyze attribution and conversion data
• Identify growth opportunities and optimization initiatives
• Present actionable insights to leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Proven experience managing digital marketing funnels end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of:

Paid Media

SEO

Conversion Optimization

Attribution

Performance Reporting

• Experience managing campaigns across multiple advertising platforms
• Ability to demonstrate measurable SEO achievements with clear business impact
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing automation platforms
• Experience with CRM systems
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools
• Understanding of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

• A complete SEO audit with a prioritized roadmap already in execution
• Initial AEO/GEO implementation live
• Visibility tracking established for AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity
• Consistent performance reporting supporting business growth decisions
