Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web applications (front-end + back-end).
Design and manage databases, APIs, and integrations between internal tools.
Optimize performance, security, and scalability of applications.
Collaborate with the product and design teams to deliver new features.
Participate in code reviews and ensure clean, maintainable architecture.
Manage deployment and version control workflows (Git, CI/CD).
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and frameworks.
Requirements
3–5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript / TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js (front-end).
Solid experience with Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, or Laravel (back-end).
Good knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with APIs, authentication systems, and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or Vercel is a plus.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously.
Comfortable working on-site in Tangerang (not remote).
Fluent in English or Bahasa Indonesia
Nice to Have
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT API, OpenAI, or automation frameworks).
Background in building dashboards, SaaS apps, or YouTube-related tools.
Passion for innovation and user-friendly design.
