The Role
We're hiring a Mid–Senior Full-Stack Developer who is strong in TypeScript and comfortable across backend and frontend. You'll design scalable systems, build APIs, and ship high-quality web interfaces for our products.
Tech Stack
Backend: TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Supabase (preferred), PostgreSQL, REST APIs
Frontend: React, Next.js, Astro, TypeScript (Flutter is a plus)
AI tools: Claude Code or similar
Workflow: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, cloud deployment
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain web apps with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Develop frontend interfaces using React or Astro (Flutter is a plus) for internal and external apps.
- Develop backend services, REST APIs, databases, and third-party integrations.
- Design scalable architecture, database structures, and queries, and contribute to technical decisions.
- Ship features end-to-end (database, API, frontend, deployment) with product, design, and engineering.
- Use Claude Code or similar AI tools to build, debug, refactor, test, and explore codebases, and review AI-generated code for quality, performance, and security.
- Write clean, well-tested code, implement automated tests, and take part in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript development.
- Strong background in backend development and architecture, including design patterns, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Next.js, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Astro).
- Solid relational database and SQL skills, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows, cloud platforms, and production deployment.
- Good grasp of clean code, testing, debugging, security, and performance.
- Practical experience with AI coding tools and the judgment to validate their output.
- Able to work independently while thriving in a small, collaborative team, with strong communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experienced in using AI coding tools like Claude Code or similar
- Experience with Supabase, including RLS and RBAC
- Experience building mobile apps with Flutter
- Understanding of performance optimization and app monitoring
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced team
