What We Are Looking For
We need a versatile Full Stack builder who loves clean code, moves fast, and takes ownership of their work. You will be working closely with our technical leadership to design, develop, and optimize both customer-facing applications and robust backend engines. Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable frontend and backend codebases.
- System Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security to ensure high performance under heavy data loads.
- Collaboration: Partner with technical leads, product teams, and stakeholders to translate complex functional requirements into working software.
- Database & Architecture: Design and manage database schemas, API integrations, and core data-matching engines.
- Maintenance & Debugging: Identify bottlenecks, debug system errors, and continuously improve existing features.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
- Core Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Go / Golang.
- Frontend Frameworks: Solid experience with React.js (and familiarity with legacy setups like jQuery when needed).
- Backend Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and Laravel.
- Databases: Practical knowledge in managing relational and non-relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- AI & Agentic Systems: Have an nderstanding of AI Agents, LLM integrations, and autonomous workflows. Hands-on experience in orchestrating, prompting, and embedding AI capabilities (via APIs or agentic frameworks like LangChain/CrewAI) into enterprise systems.
- Infrastructure & Tools: Foundational understanding of DevOps practices and disciplined Git workflows.
- Mindset & Autonomy: High tolerance for ambiguity with a First-Principles approach to problem-solving. Ability to think macroscopically. You must be capable of understanding the "big picture" of a project goal and executing independently.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional Communication Skills with a proactive, "get-things-done" attitude. Ability to grasp complex system logic quickly.
