Deskripsi pekerjaan Full Stack Developer PT Horus Technology

Kami mencari Fullstack Engineer (Tidak sedang studi / perkuliahan ) bermental eksekutor untuk membangun sistem ERP kompleks (dari nol hingga production). Kami tidak butuh engineer yang hanya jago teori . kami butuh kecepatan, intuisi teknis tajam, dan hasil nyata.

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

End-to-End Development: Bangun sistem menyeluruh (Frontend, Backend, Database ) untuk aplikasi berbasis workflow (ERP).
Mental Eksekutor : Memiliki ownership tinggi terhadap output yang di kerjakan
Integrasi AI & Arsitektur: Terjemahkan business logic rumit, desain RESTful API, dan integrasikan fitur AI (LLM / Automation).
Keamanan & Performa: Terapkan standar secure coding (OWASP), Melakukan code review, debugging, performance tuning dan kelola Git/CI-CD pipeline secara efisien.
Reliability : Menjamin scalability, performance, dan reliability sistem di tahap produksi.
Cara kerja : Berbasis task. Evaluasi murni dari kualitas deliverable, bukan jam duduk

Kualifikasi Wajib :

Min. SMA / SMK (Tidak sedang studi / perkuliahan )
Memiliki ownership & accountability tinggi
Pengalaman > 2th sebagai Fullstack Engineer / Software Developer
Penguasaan kuat pada frontend & backend development
Wajib melampirkan portofolio nyata
Tech Stack: Vue / React (Frontend), Python / Express (Backend), PostgreSQL / MySQL / Non-SQL (Database).
Paham konsep dan implementasi nyata :

REST API & Event-Driven
Microservices / Clean Architecture, Auth (JWT/RBAC), dan Version Control.

Pengalaman membangun dengan business logic (ERP / workflow system) hingga production-grade system
Mampu menulis kode yang clean, scalable, dan testable
Punya insting problem-solving cepat saat sistem bermasalah.

Nilai Tambah (Highly Preferred) :

Pengalaman membuat sistem berskala Enterprise / ERP / SaaS.

Familiar dengan infrastruktur Cloud (GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, dan sistem Observability (monitoring).
