We're looking for an AI-Native Full-Stack Developer who thrives in agentic development environments, embraces AI-assisted workflows, and wants to help shape the future of software engineering.

This is not a freelance or short-term contract role. We're looking for someone who can grow into a key member of our engineering team and contribute to our long-term vision.

Role Overview

As an AI-Native Full-Stack Developer, you will own features from concept to production while leveraging AI agents to accelerate development. You'll design solutions, orchestrate AI-assisted workflows, review code, improve engineering processes, and help build the infrastructure that enables reliable AI-driven software development.

You'll work closely with both human teammates and AI agents in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development

• Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end product features.
• Develop modern web applications, APIs, and mobile experiences.
• Make architectural decisions for scalable and maintainable systems.
• Monitor production environments and troubleshoot issues.

AI-Orchestrated Engineering

• Break down requirements into structured tasks for AI agents.
• Coordinate parallel AI-assisted development workflows.
• Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.

Harness Engineering

• Build and maintain AI development infrastructure, including:
• Context files (CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, etc.)
• Skills, hooks, and MCP server integrations
• Verification loops and automated quality controls
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Continuously improve engineering processes based on lessons learned.

Team Collaboration

• Participate in sprint planning, asynchronous standups, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and AI agents.
• Document technical decisions, workflows, and deliverables.
• Contribute to hiring, mentoring, and team growth initiatives.

Technology Stack: Next.js, React, Vite, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, React Native, Expo (iOS & Android), Cloudflare Workers (Hono), D1 (SQLite), R2, KV Storage, Supabase Auth, Stripe, Polar.sh, Claude Code, Codex, Vercel AI SDK, MCP Servers, agent-browser, browser-use, GitHub Actions, Wrangler, Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase, Linear, Slack, Notion, GitHub, PostHog, and N8N.

Required Qualifications

Technical Experience

• 2+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
• Experience building and maintaining production applications.
• Solid understanding of frontend, backend, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.

AI-Native Development Experience

• Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Cline, or Windsurf.
• Hands-on experience orchestrating AI agents for multi-step development workflows.
• Experience creating and maintaining AI context files, rules, or development frameworks.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context management, and AI-assisted software development practices.

Collaboration & Communication

• Professional English (written and spoken).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Experience collaborating in distributed teams and agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React Native and Expo.
• Experience with MCP servers, custom AI integrations, or agent tooling.
• Experience with AI-assisted code review workflows.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Cloudflare, Vercel, or Supabase.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.

- You need training on cloud-native architectures

- You're uncomfortable with AI writing 80%+ of the code while you orchestrate and using AI-assisted workflows

- You've read about agentic workflows on social media but haven't shipped production code with them

- You've only used AI tools solo — you've never coordinated with other developers in agent-assisted sprints

- AND THE MOST IMPORTANT: You're not ready to commit to full-time (40h/week) after the first month if things go well. We're building a team. If you're looking for a casual side gig with no growth path, this isn't it.

1. STEP 1: Record a Video Pitch (5 minutes max) — THIS DECIDES WHETHER WE READ THE REST

Record a screen-share video (Loom, YouTube unlisted, Google Drive — any format). Maximum 5 minutes. This is NOT a talking-head introduction or a slide deck. This is you showing your actual screen, your actual tools, your actual workflow.

Your goal: prove in 5 minutes that you already work the way we described above. Please read this post multiple times. Every claim in our posting — harness engineering, agent orchestration, team collaboration, production deploys — show us the evidence.

What to demonstrate (pick the strongest combination that fits in 5 min):

- Your harness: a real CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, .cursorrules, hooks config, or structural constraints you've built and maintained. How do you apply compounding engineering concepts in your workflows?

- An agentic workflow: scope a task, launch agents, review their output, iterate — show the real process

- Team coordination: a task board, sprint board, or coordination system where human and agent work lives side by side — Vibe Kanban, Linear, or similar

- CI/CD and verification: your pipeline, your hooks, your test results — how agents verify their own work in your system. Show your AI-assisted code review practices.

- Production: a deploy, a monitoring dashboard, a live app you've maintained

- Any MCP server, a great skill, or tool integration you've configured or built. Where did you find it?

- Show us that you know what you are talking about.

What kills your application: generic screen recordings of ChatGPT conversations, buzzword-heavy narration with no evidence, tools you installed yesterday for this video. We can tell.
