Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship features across frontend and backend, from requirement to production
- Develop Mobile App using React Native
- Develop responsive web applications using PHP , Wordpress
- Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js
- Design database schemas and write efficient queries in MySQL / PostgreSQL
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations via the WP REST API
- Integrate AI APIs (Claude, OpenAI) into products and internal workflows, including prompt design and output handling
- Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, CRM, messaging, and partner APIs
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on Linux servers and cloud infrastructure
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and take part in code reviews
- Work with QA to fix bugs, improve test coverage, and keep releases stable
- Apply security best practices to protect customer and financial data
- Document architecture, APIs, and technical decisions for the team
Requirements
Must Have
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Solid experience building REST APIs with Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar)
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL): schema design, queries, indexing
- Experience with React Native is plus
- Working knowledge of WordPress: custom plugins, hooks, and the WP REST API
- Experience calling AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) in a real project
- Comfortable with Git, code reviews, and team branching workflows
- Linux proficiency: SSH, server setup, logs, process management (PM2 / systemd), Nginx
- Understanding of web security basics: authentication, authorization, OWASP Top 10
- English working proficiency (mandatory).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or similar)
- Mobile development exposure (React Native or Flutter)
- Experience building AI workflows: RAG, agents, or automation pipelines
- Experience writing unit and integration tests (Jest, Vitest, Supertest)
- Background in fintech, lending, or other regulated industries
