Deskripsi pekerjaan Full Stack Developer Emtrade

Job Description

Mengembangkan dan memelihara aplikasi web serta produk digital perusahaan secara end-to-end (Full Stack).
Membangun Backend, API, database, dan system architecture yang scalable dan reliable.
Mengembangkan fitur Front-End sesuai kebutuhan produk dan user.
Menggunakan AI tools seperti Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, atau sejenisnya untuk coding, debugging, dan problem solving.
Melakukan testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, dan optimasi performa aplikasi.
Berkolaborasi dengan user dan tim terkait serta bertanggung jawab memastikan pekerjaan selesai hingga delivery.

Requirements

Pengalaman 2–4 tahun sebagai Full Stack Developer, dengan pemahaman kuat di Backend & system architecture.
Menguasai Golang, REST API, database, dan teknologi Front-End modern.
Terbiasa menggunakan AI tools dalam workflow development sehari-hari.
Memiliki high ownership & responsibility, proaktif, accountable, dan mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan sampai tuntas.
Memiliki strong problem solving, critical thinking, dan attention to detail.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & teamwork yang baik.
Familiar dengan Git, Agile/SDLC, dan cloud/deployment
Working Hours: Monday-Saturday 08:00-17.00
