Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic and innovative development team. - Perform thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes and enhance the product.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate in agile development methodologies, participating in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks(e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong experience in back-end technologies such as React.JS, Node.js, Laravel is a plus or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling principles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to design RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards tackling challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Portfolio of past projects demonstrating your technical skills and problem-solving abilities is a plus.
