Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to manage, enhance, and further develop our digital platform ecosystem, which has evolved beyond a conventional Learning Management System (LMS). The role involves working across platform development, system integration, workflow automation, and backend services to support new products, operational needs, and scalable user experiences.
This position is ideal for a developer who is comfortable working with modular systems, building and improving digital products, and connecting multiple tools and services into one seamless platform. The candidate must be familiar with n8n for workflow automation and have working proficiency in Golang for backend or service development.
Key Responsibilities
• Platform Development & Enhancement: Develop, maintain, and improve platform features across learning, user management, operations, community, and other digital services.
• Workflow Automation with n8n: Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n to streamline internal processes, user journeys, notifications, integrations, and reporting.
• Backend Development with Golang: Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and supporting logic using Golang to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Module & Feature Expansion: Modify, extend, and improve existing modules, widgets, and system components to support evolving business needs.
• Third-Party Integrations: Connect the platform with external tools and services such as payment gateways, video conferencing tools, CRM systems, authentication systems (OAuth, SSO, JWT), messaging tools, and analytics platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role in platform or product development.
• Hands-on experience with n8n is required.
• Working proficiency in Golang is required.
• Experience working on LMS, SaaS, community platforms, internal tools, or digital ecosystems is a plus.
