Full Stack Developer (Project Hijrah – Insurance)

Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and independent Full Stack Developer to join our Hijrah Project for one of our prestigious clients in the Insurance Industry. This role is critical for the development and enhancement of application components, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to business needs.
Note: This is an urgent requirement. Candidates must be able to Join ASAP.
Key Requirements (Technical Skills)
* Front-End: Proficiency in Angular and/or React.
* Back-End: Strong experience in .NET Core / C#.
* Database: Expertise in MS SQL Server (Query, data validation, and analysis).
* API: Solid experience in REST API development, integration, and troubleshooting.
* Cloud: Familiarity with AWS environment (Development or Deployment).
* UI/UX: Strong understanding of Responsive Design implementation.
Qualifications
* Experience: Mandatory hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, specifically within the Insurance or Banking industry.
* Versatility: Capable of supporting both front-end and back-end development activities.
* Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage assigned tasks effectively.
* Communication: Strong ability to coordinate with internal IT teams, business users, QA, and infrastructure stakeholders.
* Analytical Thinking: Able to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Problem Solving: Skilled in troubleshooting, testing, bug fixing, and escalating risks in a timely manner.
Scope of Work
1. Develop, enhance, and maintain application components using the required tech stack (.NET Core, Angular/React).
2. Manage REST API development and integration.
3. Perform database activities, including query optimization and issue analysis using MS SQL Server.
4. Ensure application usability across devices through responsive design.
5. Support deployment activities, particularly within the AWS environment.
6. Collaborate closely with the internal IT team of PT Sun Life Financial Indonesia and project stakeholders.
7. Support full testing cycles (System Testing, Integration Testing, UAT) and deployment preparation.
8. Prepare and update technical documentation as required.
