Full-Stack Developer (AI Agents Focus)
Location: Hybrid (Bali-based preferred) / Remote Welcome
About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who is highly skilled in building modern web applications and has strong experience working with AI agents and automation workflows. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to integrate AI into real-world products, especially in e-commerce or procurement platforms.
You will be responsible for developing scalable systems, integrating AI-driven features, and helping shape intelligent workflows that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend & backend)
- Design and implement AI agent workflows (task automation, decision-making systems, integrations)
- Integrate third-party APIs, including AI/LLM services
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security
- Build and maintain clean, well-documented, and testable code
- Contribute to architecture decisions, especially around AI-driven systems
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, or similar)
- Hands-on experience working with AI agents, LLMs, or automation tools
- Experience integrating APIs and building scalable backend systems
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Experience building or working on AI-powered e-commerce or procurement platforms
- Familiarity with tools like LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI frameworks
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, etc.)
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Prior startup or fast-paced environment experience
