Job Description :
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the product knowledge, sales techniques, and negotiation skills of the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new business opportunities and areas for product expansion.
- Report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management on market conditions, competitive activities from frontliner feedback.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferably having min 2-3 years of experience in commercial excellence, sales, marketing, or other commercial roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
