Work Location: Full Onsite / WFO, South Jakarta

Key Responsibilities
- Implement HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in daily tasks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional and visually appealing web pages.
- Optimize web applications for speed and performance, ensuring smooth and efficient user interactions.
- Conduct testing and debugging of frontend components to ensure a high-quality, bug-free user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve our web applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and resolve frontend-related technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects on time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Web Frontend Engineer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in core web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with responsive design and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Knowledge of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles.
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
