Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, provide information about clinic services, and direct them to the appropriate treatment areas
- Communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English to explain services, promotions, and perform cross-selling of products and treatments
- Handle transactions, including inputting sales data, processing payments, preparing invoices, and issuing receipts
- Manage appointments, respond to inquiries, update customer data, and maintain cleanliness of the reception and lobby area
Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma; preferably a Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, or Administration from a reputable university
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a premium beauty clinic
- Aged between 20–35 years old
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Detail-oriented, honest, capable of operating computers and EDC machines, and possessing good administrative skills
- Able to work in a multitasking environment
