WE'RE HIRING: FRONT OFFICE STAFF
Location: Ubud, Bali
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Staff.
Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional manner.
* Handle guest check-in and check-out processes.
* Respond to guest inquiries and assist with requests during their stay.
* Manage reservations, guest records, and Front Office documentation.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Handle guest concerns and provide appropriate solutions when needed.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional Front Office area.
* Assist with other operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
* Domiciled in Bali.
* Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (Diploma degree is preferred).
* Previous experience in Front Office, hospitality, villa, or hotel operations will be an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
