- At least one year of experience in a similar position is preferred; fresh graduates with a relevant field of study are welcome to apply
- Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or Diploma III in a relevant field
- Willing to work 21–22 days per month 9 hours of work and 1 hours of break per duty
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace at an intermediate level, with knowledge of OTA functions and the GuestPro PMS
- Handled guest check-in and check-out processes, resolved guest complaints professionally, and managed petty cash transactions
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Must be domiciled in Bali
