About the Role
House of Kairos, Seseh, Bali is looking for a confident, well-presented, and service-oriented Wellness Receptionist to join our team. You will be one of the first points of contact for our guests and members, responsible for handling membership inquiries, facility tours, appointments, and member support while creating a warm and professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle membership inquiries and provide clear information about our facilities, services, programs, and membership options.
- Arrange and coordinate facility tours and membership appointments.
- Assist prospective members throughout the membership registration and onboarding process.
- Follow up with prospective members regarding inquiries, tours, and membership opportunities.
- Assist existing members with questions, requests, and bookings.
- Coordinate with the Wellness and other operational teams to ensure a smooth member experience.
- Maintain accurate membership and guest information.
- Handle related administrative tasks and payments when required.
- Represent House of Kairos with a professional, warm, and welcoming attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Wellness, Fitness, Hospitality, Hotel, Resort, Guest Relations, Membership, or a similar role.
- Experience in wellness, fitness, or membership-based businesses is preferred.
- Good command of English is required, both spoken and written.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with guests, members, and prospective members.
- Good appearance and professional presentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working with appointments, inquiries, and multiple tasks.
- Currently based in Bali.
- Available to join as soon as possible.
